Task & Responsibilities

  • Flair for building positive relationships and meaningful connections with other Early Childhood Educators, families, children, and the wider community
  • Interest in and/or passion for the RIE approach

Qualification & Experience

  • Valid NSW Working with Children Check
  • Nationally recognised Early Childhood Teaching degree, or working towards, depending on course/course progress 
  • Current relevant First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certificates as well as Child Protection training (or willing to obtain/refresh as required)
  • Mentoring and/or leadership experience coupled with a minimum of 2 years full-time work experience as an Early Childhood Teacher (or equivalent part-time experience).

Salary range is between $73,150 and $93,000 plus Superannuation.
