Task & Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, including rostering, staff supervision, and front-of-house service delivery
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently delivered
- Recruit, train, and develop team members in line with operational goals
- Monitor financial performance including budgeting, cost control, and sales targets
- Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations
- Manage supplier relationships and inventory control
- Handle customer complaints or issues with professionalism and efficiency
- Implement and oversee marketing initiatives, promotions, and events to boost revenue
Qualification & Experience
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar Restaurant Manager or supervisory role
- Diploma or higher qualification in Hospitality Management or related field (highly regarded)
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Proven ability to manage budgets and meet financial targets
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency in POS systems and booking platforms
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required
