Our family-owned workshop has immediate vacancies for Experienced Vehicle Dismantlers/Assemblers to join our team.
Duties & Responsibilities
The Full-time Vehicle Dismantlers/Assemblers role includes the following tasks and duties:
- Disassembling and assembling vehicles
- Reassemble vehicles in accordance with documented procedures and processes
- Removing damaged panels and parts, and removing upholstery and accessories to gain access
- Fitting repaired or replacement panels on vehicles and refitting body hardware such as door locks and trims
- Replacing badly damaged sections with new or second-hand panels
- Advising supervisor if additional parts are required
- Cleaning and tidying workshop equipment, parts and bays
Qualifications/Requirements
- Automotive labouring skills and knowledge
- Strong commitment to working safely
- Good attitude, with excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Reliable, hard-working and a team player
