Your Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook high-quality meals to Bluebag standards.
- Maintain a spotlessly clean and organised kitchen.
- Monitor stock and manage ordering.
- Collaborate effectively with the team for smooth service.
- Uphold strict food safety and hygiene practices.
- (Chef Role): Supervise kitchen operations for maximum efficiency.
- (Chef Role): Contribute to menu development and seasonal updates.
What You Bring:
- Experience: At least 1 year in a relevant role.
- Qualifications:
- Cook: Certificate III & IV in Commercial Cookery required.
- Chef: Diploma in Hospitality Management or similar preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication and time management.
- Temperament: Ability to thrive under pressure in a busy setting.
- Attitude: A real passion for food and dedication to excellence.
