Steves Bar & Cafe is seeking a hands-on Marketing Specialist to lead all aspects of marketing and promotional activity across two distinctive hospitality venues — the iconic Steves Bar & Cafe in Nedlands and the elegant Italian restaurant Isoletta in Dalkeith.
This full-time, in-person role is ideal for a creative and driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is looking to take ownership of strategy, content, events, and campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns and events for both venues.
- Liaise with the General Manager and senior management team on all marketing activity.
- Set up integrated digital and social campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google, retargeting).
- Create clear, professional digital content and ad copy.
- Drive venue visitation through targeted promotions, activations, and local engagement.
- Manage websites via Shopify and create EDMs via TalkBox.
- Implement customer engagement and retention strategies, including upsell programs, feedback loops, and new initiatives.
- Contribute daily to hands-on marketing activities as an active team member onsite.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a marketing role (hospitality or lifestyle preferred).
- Strong skills in copywriting, campaign execution, and visual content creation.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and Canva.
- Experience using Shopify, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and TalkBox.
- Organised, creative, and adaptable with excellent communication skills.
- A collaborative mindset and a willingness to be involved at ground level in venue operations.
